The Phi Sigma Rho Foundation supports the mission of Phi Sigma Rho Sorority and the newly acquired DreamGirls Program (formerly DreamGirls Initiative)! DreamGirls was created to inspire young women in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM). Support DreamGirls through the Phi Sigma Rho Foundation with the DreamGirls Fund. This fund provides a grant for chapters and alum organizations interested in hosting events such as Dream Days, which are interactive workshops designed to introduce middle school participants to a variety of STEM careers.
